Berry Banana Smoothie

I love fruit smoothies and have them all the time, especially when I'm pregnant! During the summer I bought a lot of fruit at the farmer's market. Anything that couldn't get eaten right away, got frozen. For today's smoothie I pulled out frozen blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. I also had some fresh strawberries and bananas from my trip to the store this morning. Mix all this together with a little milk and yogurt, and it's so good! Today's mixture was a little seedy, but jam packed with healthy stuff!

I make one almost everyday! So good! I just change up which fruits I use. My favorite is a combo of strawberries and peaches. I always use 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of yogurt, and 1 banana, and then add some other frozen fruits to make it super yummy, cold, and refreshing. And, if it's not to seedy, I can get my girls to drink some too! They're so picky, but they think these are "milk shakes" and drink them right up! :)

I am on a quest to loose this baby weight. Maybe I should add these smoothies to my meal plan! ;)

Have you had the yoplait smoothies in the freezer section? They are 1.75 and coupons.com has a dollar off coupon! They are really good!
